cd dlls/dsound/tests
make propset.ok

often hangs for me on exit with

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x60335884 "loader.c:
loader_section" wait timed out in thread 0013, blocked by 0009, retrying (60
sec)
