I get the following log messages from the command line interface besides
others.

elfring(a)Sonne:~> WINEDLLOVERRIDES='msxml3=n;' wine
'C:\Spiele\Civilization-4\Civilization4.exe'
...
fixme:system:SystemParametersInfoW Unimplemented action: 55 (SPI_SETMOUSEKEYS)
fixme:system:SystemParametersInfoW Unimplemented action: 59 (SPI_SETSTICKYKEYS)
...

This open issue was mentioned in other bug reports already. I would appreciate
if all SPI values will be supported for the parameter "uAction". How are the
chances to complete the implementation for this API function?
