err:winediag:SECUR32_initNTLMSP ntlm_auth was not found or is outdated. Make sure that ntlm_auth >= 3.0.25 is in your path. Usually, you can find it in the winbind package of your distribution.

still the same error, tried only native winhttp, only native wininet and both of them at the same time.

This is pretty much a fresh prefix, only installed C9 on it and did the previous steps. I can connect fine to this host. Your Wine was probably built without SSL support.
