Hack to make wdviewer.exe install

This is a hack from the CrossOver Wine tree which appears to make things work. 
If people could try it, and perhaps implement the function properly, that would
be great.  As it is, it won't be accepted into WineHQ.

In short, we need a propper implementation of advapi32.SetEntriesInAclW().
