I am using development version, because it has the built-in fix for Bug 32101. All the dependencies of Wine and GCC are the latest stable. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- First of all, bug 12622 needs to be reopened (or a new version of it to be created, since "fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ((null),0,0xRandomMemoryAddress,0x00000000), stub!" error is not fixed by inserting/mounting a CD! If I mount/insert a CD, I get this console error anyway, and program closes in two seconds! If I don't mount/insert a CD, I get this console error and the program launches with warning message "?????CD??????????" (no CD present). But, if I ignore this warning message and don't click OK (which would result in program termination) I could navigate in the main program window between menu options (with keyboard arrows only, since program window doesn't expand and anything except "File(F)" is not visible. I click "File(F)" and then left/right keyboard arrows) However, if I click "Option (O)", "Rotation", "Window Size", "Sound Record (S)", "Video Record (V)", or even "cep(C)" (which should show a small message, like "About...") I get a "Program Error" message. I retested now both 009 and 012 and the results remain the same, if there is a CD drive in windows the program starts, if there is a cd drive with a mounted CD in linux the program starts too. Did you test with a real CD or an ISO? Try to browse the cd inside winefile or wine explorer just to be sure it's readable. Get a log too: http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log I don't have OSX so I can't help much. In the attachments, you could see the screenshot (only one, since the graphic appearance in two cases is the same). However, as I mentioned in the first post, I still get the console error in both cases (when I mount image/insert CD, and when I don't do that) : " fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ((null),0,0x985d598,0x00000000), stub! " Are you sure that you fixed this error by mounting the image / inserting the CD ? Maybe you did something else, and the error was fixed as result. Could you remember please? Also, I have attached the Backtraces from the first post. This line shows up in most applications I have tested till today, it's never been a problem. You could ask in the forum if anyone else was able to run the application in osx.
