Now the middle tab looks fine. The first and third ones still look garbled. In the 0.9.56 version I was running prior to this, they were much uglier symbols. In 1.0-rc1 only the outline numbered tab is affected. But shouldn't the severity of this problem be trivial? I have symbol.ttf installed systemwide, and still experience a garbled display in the outline numbered tab of the bullets & numbering dialog, though the bullets tab displays just fine (see screenshot). Outline numbering does not use the symbol font at all. The problem is only in the dialog box--outline numbering displays fine in documents.
