Since commit 1e721a487775a2f306512a7c719b5fa3301f433d, the installer for
QuickBooks Simple Start 2008 R1 hangs at the "Unregistering modules" step and
has to be killed.

1e721a487775a2f306512a7c719b5fa3301f433d is the first bad commit

Reverting this commit is no real help as the installer tries to install
dotnet20, which fails, including through winetricks. In earlier versions of
Wine the installer would continue without trying to install dotnet20.

Workaround is Wine Mono 0.0.6 or 0.0.8.
