[Bug 5846] Command and Conquer Generals (Zero Hour) doesn't lock the mouse to its window in virtual desktop mode

Still acts the same way in Windowed mode. I can move the mouse out of the window
and into the virtual desktop and then onto my real desktop without doing
anything (other than moving the mouse obviously).
