Reproducible on AMD when `Level of Detail` set to Very Low or Low.
Using the scope makes it better but then back to blurry state.

This doesn't seem specific to the Vulkan renderer, I can also reproduce this
with OpenGL. Do you perhaps have an example of how it's supposed to look on
Windows?
