[Bug 20047] New: Champions Online crashes due to d3d failure

It should be noted that the "Champions Online.exe" binary patches and then launches the main application "Champions Online\Live\GameClient.exe" with a bunch of arguments. The issue *probably* is centered around the error err:d3d_surface:IWineD3DVolumeImpl_UnlockBox trying to lock unlocked volume(a)0x42e14b8 which was found in the log attached.
