still present in wine-1.1.3, however...

using native msvcrt didn't make installer work for me, but disabling msvcrt
does appear to have a side effect.

Normally the install comes to a halt after loading msmcustomaction.dll and
calling the following function:
001a:CALL msmcustomaction.CustomAction_SxsMsmInstall(<unknown, check return>)
ret=7ed28c89
001a:RET  msmcustomaction.CustomAction_SxsMsmInstall(00000002) retval=00000643
ret=7ed28c89

Disabling msvcrt through winecfg, it fails to load a dll and the install dialog
completes.

err:msi:ACTION_CallDllFunction failed to load dll
L"C:\\windows\\temp\\msi1b2e.tmp"
