Most applications of kde4 for windows fails, just some applications (like
kturtle) work but they all fails when trying to open or save a file

I didn't try to compile it with winelib, that's a good chance to find errors in
both wine and kde4win codes.

Please file specific bugs, otherwise, it's hard to track progress/discuss bugs,
etc. when tracking the entire kde4 suite.
