On my spell works only first spell 1. I could fix it by setting the 1st language in KDE settings to English (UK), and the 2nd one to French (which I use). Of course this is just a workaround and would better be fixed in wine. To confirm, could you check if reverting 43984f355a2905e16075a9df3d7fbe463761e853 makes it work?
If so then, it would be a duplicate.
