With today's wine from git,
$ msiexec -i Adobe\ Premiere\ Pro\ 2.0.msi
aborts while trying to install; the interesting console line seems to be:

err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"AMT_WriteRemoveFileEntry"
returned 1603
