Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the built-in Notepad. 2. In the top menu, click "File" → "Open." 3. In the dialog that appears, select any directory. 4. Right-click the directory. 5. Select "Open" from the context menu. Actual result: An error message appears: "There is no Windows program configured to open this type of file." Expected result: The directory should open.
