It appears to be a fix for a different drag and drop bug - I think the real problem is that Wine's WM_DROPFILES drop is in ASCII instead of Unicode, which is likely a problem in Japan. Thank you though, I will look at it later. This patch should implement the "drag from X, drop to Wine" scenario. Note you have to apply it to a very recent version of Wine (after commit 6d1ef3a6a64f0fabf05ce1bba5f0ec4373684786).
