I've had some problems getting Outlook running after I configure my Exchange 2007 account. Before the installation of Office 2010 Professional Plus, PlayOnLinux downloaded and installed Wine 1.5.3 but executing winecfg and looking at the About tab tells me I'm running Wine 1.4. Also your log shows a bunch of native overrides like msxml6 for example. Then I just hope pure Wine 1.5.7 has the ability to download files for Microsoft Office. Just let it download needed files, pop in the CD-ROM disc, follow the installer instructions, and bam! It's done. Then I just hope pure Wine 1.5.7 has the ability to download files for Microsoft Office.
