[Bug 5645] Selecting restart option during PAF installation causes error

The reason I did not think that it was running wineboot was because although the
terminal output is the same whether or not I select to reboot my computer after
the install, if I select to not reboot and then manually run wineboot I get the
output that will be in my next attachment.
