The uAppData member of the DIDEVICEOBJECTDATA struct should only
be there when
#if(DIRECTINPUT_VERSION >= 0x0800)
is satisfied.

wine/include/dinput.h line 637 approx.

Without that member excluded, the data received with GetDeviceData is
incomprehensible when using DI less than 8.
