The Witcher2 Assassins of Kings 2.0 crashes at launch with this error:
Assertion failed: (iface->lpVtbl == &d3d9_pixelshader_vtbl), function unsafe_impl_from_IDirect3DPixelShader9, file shader.c, line 312.
MacOSX 10.6.8, wine 1.3.29 GeForce GTX285
I see this error in Wine-1.3.29 but not in git (wine-1.3.29-121-gfdda702), when trying to start The Witcher 2 v2.0. Native d3dx9_36.dll is installed (via winetricks). Can you try the game with the latest git version to see if the problem still persists for you?
