[Bug 3504] Cyrillic input ignored in "ru_RU.utf8" locale

One more thing: after switching to Wine 0.9 the console output slightly 
changed. Now its something like:

So the keys are recognized properly. Could it be a font problem? And what is 
"conf.d"?
