I installed this programme with wine but then i (double)clicked shortcut , it
is not work.

Hello folks,

confirming.

Looks like some Delphi app with fancy skinning.
The main window is completely black except the border.
If you press ENTER two times in the dark you get a dialog which is black too -
except the border.

Might be a dupe of already existing ones ... I remember some Delphi-based apps
with custom skinning showing the same symptoms.

$ sha1sum ktsserikur.exe 
0e6f80918c0c8db6f8a5d37707c6d390d5aa2a3c  ktsserikur.exe

$ du -sh ktsserikur.exe 
20M    ktsserikur.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.14-126-g2bb1059
