Last 100k lines from relay log when trying to use equation editor in Word 2003

The problem is still present in 1.0-rc2 for Word 2003. I'm attaching the last
100,000 lines of the relay log generated when trying to use the equation editor
in Word 2003. I have the full log if needed.
