It's still a bug, that just gives a workaround / help identify the problem. You can read more about how to get specific logs at https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log To disable a native DLL (a DLL from Windows) and go back to builtin (a DLL from Wine) you can use winecfg and go into the Libraries tab and then remove the DLL from the list, in this case the dll is riched20. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
