Are you logged in as an administrator? </quote> It then exits. Running Sibelius as root makes no difference. There is no crash in the attached log. Does running the app from its own directory (as the FAQ tells you) make any difference?
No, no difference. During the starting process, Sibelius asks for the serial number. It is possible to type it in, but it gets not saved, so on the next program start, you have to type in the serial number again.
