Output from termial running the following "wine
/home/donald/.wine/Dreamweaver/Dreamweaver\ 8/Dreamwever.exe"

Dreamweaver 8 is broken in this version it worked fine before the update. I am
running ubunty Hardy V8.04. Attached is the output from the terminal

You have a busted version of Wine. Recompile it / reinstall it. Also it seems
your ~/.wine configuration is broken as well.
Not major.
Most likely invalid.
Please upgrade to the latest Wine version.
