[Bug 9159] shell32/explorer: Add support for Progman DDE interface

I am very interested in the patch and I am testing it now with PrintMaster 7.
However i am getting an error on or after line 259 of dde.c in the addItem
function added by the patch
code: if (!SHGetSpecialFolderPathW( 0, commonPrograms, CSIDL_COMMON_PROGRAMS,
FALSE)) 
error: Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x00000000 in 32-bit
code (0x7e2bb940).
I haven't had time to and extra logging to see exactly where the error is
occuring. if anyone else wants to help test the patch and I would be happy to
test their patch I just wont have alot of time to work on it for the next month
