Althugh I understand some of what You have written ;o)
,let me ask simply: can I (personally) do anything more to help fix the problem?
Please note I'm not programmer..

And second question, what can anyone do (I mean even programmers..)? We can get
some more help, if there is an idea, what can be done. Do You have some plan?
