I'm adding as attachments "how it looks under WINE vs. how it looks under XP". To reproduce the behavior, one doesn't have to buy the whole Rybka 3 Aquarium DVD. Have you disabled "Allow the window manager to decorate windows" in winecfg graphics tab?
