You must enable the .NET Framework from the Windows Features dialog box (from Control Panel, choose Programs, Turn Windows features on or off). Do you want to view information about this issue? Yes No" The link from "Yes" seems to imply that it is using a .NET version older than 4.0 (i.e. 3.5-). I'll try that and see what happens. As far as the "Free Demo" goes, I have no clue. I'm trying to get it working for a relative, who bought it some time ago (I think the installation is a trial by default though). This time, it gave me the message "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 needs to be installed for this installation to continue." So it looks like it needs `winetricks dotnet35sp1`.
