[Bug 31045] New: excel 2003 hangs on startup

When I run Excel, the splash window stays open indefinitely, and the main window does not respond to input. I have to kill the application. There is a "user info" dialog window hidden behind the splash waiting for input/confirmation, making it look like Excel hangs. Just press RETURN and it's gone. The 'OK' button has focus despite hidden behind the splash.
