Using a self-compiled winecfg from a Wine build based on commit
`ae9bdbda3be2b4ab5be34463fe1daec6c11cc7e6` (post 9.8), I see no option to set
7.1 output for the pulse audio driver in winecfg. Only Mono, Stereo,
Quadrophonic and 5.1 is available even though my system is set to 7.1 output in
the host os configuration.

Setup:
Wine & winecfg (self-compiled) @ ae9bdbda3be2b4ab5be34463fe1daec6c11cc7e6 (post
Wine 9.8)
Ubuntu 22.04 with Pulseaudio
Audio device profile set to 7.1 output in system configuration (test sounds
output properly to 7.1 speaker system)

Log file of running winecfg in a fresh prefix without any debug channels
enabled

This log was generated after starting Wine in a fresh prefix and running
winecfg. In winecfg, the audio tab was selected and the speaker configuration
dialog was opened for the PulseAudio Output device. No option for 7.1 output
was provided in the dropbox menu.
On the host OS, 7.1 output was configured in PulseAudio.

Some additional information:
The setting in the host OS influences what is set in winecfg. In this case, 5.1
output was already set in winecfg for the PulseAudio and the GPU's HDMI output
device. If the host's setting is changed to stereo for instance, Stereo is set
for the GPU's HDMI output device, but apparently not for the PulseAudio device
in winecfg. It seems that the setting for the PulseAudio device is derived from
the host's setting only on first launch in a fresh prefix but not updated
afterwards. This is not the issue this bug is about, though.
