[Bug 4973] 3DMark 2001 always crashes when attempting to run a second test (regression)

I tracked down the previously mentioned patch, and it turns out to be:

    dinput8: DirectInput8Create rewrite.

Additionally, Vitaliy's patch here: 
http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2006-July/028949.html does indeed 
fix this bug, as it suggests. This bug can be closed once that patch is 
committed.
