This bug should be marked as fixed. But Still interesting that all previously (WINE 1.3.8 with no GStreamer) supported ACM codecs: GSM 6.10, IMA-ADPCM, MS-ADPCM, a-Law, u-Law (except PCM) was now unusable, but still listed in Sound Recorder's codec list. I think it's not related, so I would file another bug for that. As of WINE 1.5.20, the conversion dialog appeared, and no acmFormatChooseW error appeared anymore.
This bug should be marked as fixed.
Resolving fixed. I was able to test and agree it's working.
But Still interesting that all previously (WINE 1.3.8 with no GStreamer) supported ACM codecs: GSM 6.10, IMA-ADPCM, MS-ADPCM, a-Law, u-Law (except PCM) was now unusable, but still listed in Sound Recorder's codec list. I think it's not related, so I would file another bug for that.
