The libvkd3d packages from OBS don't work because they have version 1.2~hirsute-1, which is less than 1.2 that is required by wine packages. At least, that's the case for Ubuntu 21.04 packages.
Yeah, the vkd3d packages were renamed, and then the wine packages had to be rebuilt against the renamed vkd3d packages. Everything's been rebuilt but nothing's been synced over yet. I'm trying to get wine-devel to upgrade on Ubuntu 21.04, and there seem to be no more version conflicts or hash issues, but it seems it can't find the libvkd3d-headers package (it "has no installation candidate"). Is something wrong on my side?
It is not you, it is the repo. If you need the packages, you can download them manually from https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/dists/hirsute/main/binary-all/ If you install the headers package by itself, libvkd3d-dev should stop complaining.
