[Bug 4611] New: Pressing "Delete" key in text input elements enters ", " (comma) instead

When I hit "Delete" in any of text input elements (single lines), it inserts a 
comma (",") instead of deleting the next character. 
 
I've experienced this with "Beyond Compare 2" (www.scootersoftware.com), but 
also the registry editor (launched from winetools) shows this behaviour. 
 
I'm using the Debian packages from winehq with Ubuntu Dapper.
