[Bug 32220] New: SourceInsight3.5: Suddenly close

It has bug 23064 and can't see files in Project File Browser when create new project for a while, but it runs well. It crashes suddenly, and the backtarce.text is error detail. And I reinstall SourceInsight3.5 in adiministor user, it doesn't work, but in root, it works. What is the exact Wine version? You said Wine 1.5.18 but IMO the latest version is Wine 1.5.17, or wine-1.5.17-57-g965e271 from git. 2. Where is backtarce.text ? Could you provide full log from terminal? (see http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log ) 3. What are the exact steps to reproduce the bug? 4. Could this bug reproduce in the free trial version of SourceInsight3.5 from http://www.sourceinsight.com/downeval.html ? I try a while but haven't found any crashing yet. 5. Did you tried in a fresh wineprefix? But I think it hard to reproduce. 5 It crash when the version is 1.4 and I update wine to 1.5.17. But it doesn't work, and I install wine1.5.17 and SourceInsight3.5 in root, it works. First, I think it is limits of authority, and I chmod 777 * for all file and directory, and it doesn't work yet. Hi 刘涛, It seems like you still haven't install 'debug symbols'. When we talk about 'log with debug symbols', we are expecting user install wine1.5-dbg in Ubuntu or something like that in other distributions, then re-run the application and the new backtrace will contain function names, parameter names and so on (or so called symbols). From the above, I have installed the wine1.5-dbg. And I use #wine Insight3.exe &> debugging_log.txt use #WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid wine Insight3.exe &> debug_trace.txt
