http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33443 --- Comment #5 from reg.cowell(a)gmail.com 2013-04-24 10:38:16 CDT --- I have found that the problem is associated with installing wine on a Dual Boot, Windows 7 HP 64 Bit/Linux Ubuntu 12.04 system. I built a new system on the same machine with just Ubuntu 12.04 64 Bit LTS, installed 'wine' and then installed ACT2000 and then AutoCAD97 and all works fine. Is this something to do with wine finding the Windows partition on the disc? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

That shouldn't affect anything, unless you were running the app from windows (which is not supported). -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33443 reg.cowell(a)gmail.com changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED Resolution| |FIXED --- Comment #7 from reg.cowell(a)gmail.com 2013-04-27 03:22:01 CDT --- I have now cured the problem. I inserted a Ubuntu 12.04 64Bit CD and deleted the linux partitions. I then re-installed Ubuntu 12.04. I then installed wine, ACT2000 and AutoCAD97 and all works fine. I should have done this in the first place and saved a lot of hassle.
