[Bug 1733] Black cursor on textbox with black backgroud -> cursor invisible

I have tested with latest wine 9.8. It is still the same behaviour.  

I created form with textbox on it. Then I set background color to black. 
Normally, when running under Win, cursor placed on such textbox shuld change its
colloer to white. 

In wine, it remains black, so it is "invisible" which makes it very difficult to
enter any text.
