This is a very simple bug
change d3dcompiler_47 to native version and the game started

Not sure.
This is a bug about builtin D3Dcompiler_47. The game works if replace it to
native version.

Yes, that was the fix in the builtin code. It's not released yet; this bug will
be changed from RESOLVED to CLOSED when it is.
