i installed vlc v 3.0 to v 3.0.4 latest version x64 bit as it is recommeneded
in vlc database page of wine 

but i found a bug not reported there and decided to report it here because i
couldn't report it at the app page in wine appds


the bug is : 
when i move mouse wheel up and down to change sound volume ,, it changes in
screen (notification appears in screen ) 

but in fact it doesn't change 
sound volume remain the same 

this happened with me on deepin desktop 


this bug wasn't presnet on v 2.2 of vlc


sorry if this isn't the place to report such bug 
also i know that there is a native vlc app for linux ,, i just report bug
