Indeed.  See

to see the dialog Wine does not yet implement.

But what you probably wanted to do was to run
the version shipped with MDAC.  To do that,
you need to override both odbc32 and odbccp32 to
be native (e.g. via winecfg, or via WINEOVERRIDEDLLS).
