For some reason, wineconsole requires TERM to be set to a valid value. However,
Windows ncurses requires TERM to be unset, clear, or "#win32con" or it starts
talking vt100, which wineconsole doesn't understand.

I was testing with switching from PDCurses to ncurses for BFGMiner.
A test build is at: http://luke.dashjr.org/tmp/code/f501b32-win64.zip
However, this issue can be reproduced with any application compiled for Windows
against ncurses.
