The first thing to do would be to update to the latest development version of wine (currently 1.7.18) to check if the bug with mono is still present. As already mentioned by others here: Please leave out as many 'winetricks' steps as possible. Only things like missing MFC, Common Controls ActiveX are allowed (if the installer didn't bundle it). Excessive use of 'winetricks' pollutes/breaks the prefix and makes bug reports potentially invalid.
