I made howto for two pages. After this I edit it and changed "Show this in pages 1.0 and Demo" to "Show in all versions". Following the instructions in that bug, I edited the comments to change the display mode, then edited one again and deleted it--and found that doing that deleted both comments, and left behind an empty note that can't be deleted (bug 20127). Zhenya, you should be able to add the information back in another note.
