Can you please create logs with:

WINEDEBUG="+driver,+profile,+print,+psdrv,+winspool" wine ......

driver:   printer + display - Driver
profile:  ini-files (win.ini)
print:    old win3.x - Printing
psdrv:    wine printer driver 
winspool: win9x / NT - Printing
