So there are other bugs with running Zbrush but this one is definitely the
worst. 

I have tried many many different versions of wine, every single one has this
same problem. 

i typically use playonlinux to run zbrush but i have run zbrush with stragiht
up wine and the behaviour is the same.

in the log file i noticed it says wine version 1.4.1 

in fact i am currently using 1.7.2 or 1.7.8 depending on my tests. both yield
the same results.

The log shows you running PlayOnLinux (not supported), and a very broken
WINEPREFIX:
> wine: Call from 0x7bc53e70 to unimplemented function MSVCR90.dll._encoded_null, aborting

That's been in wine since 1.1.42

And lots of:
> err:module:find_forwarded_export module not found for forward 'msvcr100._invalid_parameter_noinfo' used by L"C:\\windows\\system32\\msvcr90.dll"
> err:module:find_forwarded_export module not found for forward 'msvcr100._stat64i32' used by L"C:\\windows\\system32\\msvcr90.dll"

you may have native msvcr* dlls in the prefix or something else, but in any
case, this definitely isn't a valid bug report.
