Sorta sketchy...Haven't ran regression test yet. Doesn't always fail, but about
2/3 of the time:

../../../tools/runtest -q -P wine -M kernel32.dll -T ../../.. -p
kernel32_test.exe.so toolhelp.c && touch toolhelp.ok
