This bug was introduced with http://cvs.winehq.org/patch.py?id=16200 (although
the previous behaviour wasn't exactly right too...) and semi-fixed with
http://cvs.winehq.org/patch.py?id=16280 - mIRC now reports an uptime based on
that fixed date. Working on a fix.
