It seems like these games are switching to the native resolution of the primary display rather than keeping the combined TwinView resolution. For example, I have a 1680x1050 primary monitor and a 1440x900 secondary monitor. This gives me a TwinView resolution of 3120x1050. When I launch Perfect World or a Source-engine based game in windowed mode, the resolution is changed to 1680x1050, which shuts off my secondary monitor. Are you sure this is a duplicate? The other bug says it disables secondary monitor on exit. For me, games disable secondary monitor on startup
The symptoms are the same.
